As specialist cleaning chemical manufacturers, we at XRO Chemical Services Ltd offer a number of services to our customers designed to meet their individual, specific requirements. We understand the legislative demands throughout the cleaning chemical manufacture and formulation industry, making every assurance we comply with all current applicable regulations.
With this said, we also ensure our clients are kept “up to date” with mandatory industry changes and cleaning chemical regulations, updating their technical and safety data sheets accordingly where necessary.
Our team offer several core services, revolving around the formulating, blending, packing and distribution of industrial cleaning chemicals, the details of which are as follows:
Chemical Formulating
The client requests the development of a particular type of chemical cleaning product (or something of a similar nature) or alternatively approaches us with an existing formulation. The product requirements and method of application are then assessed, before the formulation of the product is created, tested and finalised.
As with all of our chemical formulation services, the specific formula is designed to suit the individual needs of each of our clients, whilst remaining confidential at all times.
Chemical Blending, Packing,
Storage & Distribution
The finalised formula for the cleaning chemical is then blended, packed and stored, ready for distribution.
Chemicals can be packed in a range of sizes and quantities, from 100 ml – 1000 litres.
We can also offer a delivery service to the end-user with complete confidentiality.
Literature & Labels
We offer the provision of Technical Data (TDS) and Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to clients upon request. MSDS’s are kept up-to-date with the latest Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) regulations. In addition, clients have the option to have these tailored to include their own information such as relevant addresses, logos and contact information.
Furthermore, XRO can provide bespoke labels for client products containing:
- Company names, logos and contact details.
- Product names, description and instructions.
- Batch codes, order codes, product codes, QR codes and bar codes as required.
- Health and Safety content fully compliant to the CLP regulations.
